I struggled with anxiety throughout the week but remained alcohol free thanks to my COMMITMENT and the other 3C's of this program, along with my medications.
Those disparaging legitimate meds on a "sobriety" basis are mistaken, because if taken as prescribed, these are generally conducive to our good health. Someone can't be non-sober from using their anxiety meds properly, for example. It does not "cause heedlessness" as the Buddha put it. Also, many powerful natural herbal medications are banned or restricted, but that is opening up at least.
